During an active rehab session, a registered kinesiologist will guide and help you through specific exercises that are designed to address your current injury, pain, or strength needs.
The initial meeting with a kinesiologist serves as an evaluation session. During this session, the kinesiologist instructs the patient to execute specific movements and conducts a comprehensive examination of the entire body to pinpoint the fundamental factors contributing to the present condition.
n the following sessions, the kinesiologist will employ methods like precise therapeutic exercises, along with mobility techniques and other suitable approaches, to facilitate the body’s rehabilitation.

ICBC covers 100% of the cost.

Accidents that have occurred on or after May 1, 2021 are eligible for pre-approved free kinesiology active rehab treatment sessions within the initial 12 weeks after the accident. All you need to provide us with is your claim number. This will allow us to process your request and grant you access to the free treatment sessions without any hassle.

This number is necessary for us to get approval from ICBC, which will allow us to proceed with your treatment plan. Once we have received approval from ICBC, we will be in contact with you to schedule your sessions.
