That’s where I can help. I’m a BCAK-registered kinesiologist with over ten years of experience working with people who want to feel confident in their bodies again. I began my kinesiology journey in 2013 at UBC and am now completing my Master of Athletics and Clinical Kinesiology. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with diverse clients — from post-surgery patients to competitive athletes — always with the same goal: provide no-nonsense, effective, and personalised guidance that delivers measurable results.
